Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SAS Cathedrale. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. JOB SUMMARY
We are therefore looking for dynamic people who will have the following missions:
- Guarantor of the proper functioning of the equipment, the maintenance of the buildings and the equipment of the establishment.
- Management of a maintenance technician
- Ensure the follow-up of the works, the contracts of the service providers relating to maintenance/safety
- Interlocutor with the various service providers and negotiate prices
- Guarantee the follow-up of interventions and services within the given deadlines
- Ensure monitoring and compliance with security standards
- Knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry
- Monitoring and maintenance of swimming pool, sauna and hammam
- ISS management
- Electrical accreditation and SSIAP
- Energy consumption monitoring
- Management of access controls and video surveillance
- Ensures through its interventions the comfort of its customers and employees
- Manage purchases and maintenance costs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a person with several years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in the hotel industry, and who has the following qualities:
