Job Description
Within the UPI France marketing department, you will assist the Project Managers on all Universal Pictures International France cinema releases. From the definition of the marketing strategy to the operational implementation of communication actions, you will be an essential tool for the future success of our films (e.g.: Oppenheimer, L’exorciste, Complétement Cramé, Trolls 3).
More specifically, you will assist the Project Managers in the following missions, this list not being exhaustive:
- Creation of the media agency’s brief on the film’s online and offline media purchases
- Follow-up of media and brand partnerships – Follow-up on the construction of the media plan in collaboration with the marketing department’s areas of expertise
- Preparation of presentations for the parent company – Preparation of print summaries and documents necessary for the implementation of the marketing campaign
- Help with the organization of events (e.g.: avant-premières, influencers events)
- Researching targets for the digital campaign – Writing of release recaps

Qualifications
- 4/5 years of university education in media/audiovisual, Sciences Po, business school
- Knowledge and passion for cinema
- Very good English proficiency
- Knowledge of advertising / campaign mechanics
- Artistic sensibility
- Proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
