Job Summary
As a Senior Recruiter for Omnicell, you will play a vital role securing top talent for the organization. You will be a lead EMEA resource for talent acquisition, with responsibility for implementing innovative sourcing strategies, reducing agency utilization/spend, and building the Omnicell brand across the region. The ideal individual will have demonstrated experience exceeding client expectations, partnering to establish best practice, understanding country specific guidelines and requirements and be able to effectively recruit talent across the region with a laser focus on delivering results. Hiring efforts will be focused on France, United Kingdom, Italy, United Arab Emirates, and Germany.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic advisor to leaders by consulting with them to define and drive their talent agendas.
- Function as a subject matter expert on all recruiting activities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues, trends, and employment regulations within region.
- Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
- Leverage online recruiting resources, cold calling, and in-house ATS to identify and recruit top talent.
- Source and pre-screen candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidate searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a thorough audit if required.
- Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
- Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proven ability to consult with, manage, and influence executive leaders and other key stakeholders and inspiring them to engage in the recruiting process to ensure better outcomes.

- Must have strong skills recruiting technical talent.
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards and ability to adapt to change.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience to include both agency and/or corporate environments in a global high-growth, high-change technology space
- Bilingual/Fluent in English with additional languages based on regional support (German, French, Italian)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with executive levels of leadership
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting in identified key countries within region (Germany, France, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Italy)
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare Tech recruitment experience
- Fluent in all languages within Region (English, German, French, Italian)
