Job Description
You will serve as BDH’s Culture and Leadership Communications Manager. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Lead, you will help sustain a culture within BDH that enables our people to collaborate, innovate, grow, and deliver excellences across borders and disciplines. You will also drive BDH’s leadership communications through various tactics and channels, e.g. thought leadership and engagement strategies for BDH leaders within the digital health landscape.
Culture/ Internal Communications
• Launch key initiatives that ensure our people feel well and look forward to their work week
• Ensure best in class onboarding
• Support key team-wide communications organization (e.g. All Hands, ad-hoc Town Halls)
• Drive and implement an innovation/ growth mindset culture strategy (e.g. BDH talks, DATE with BDH, and more)
• Ensure our people are empowered with ways to collaborate across borders, cultures and sub-teams
• Ensure our people are inspired and motivated to innovate, impact, and develop themselves and their teams.
Leadership Communications
• Proactively drive BDH as part of Biogen’s strategic narrative and share BDH’s image within the digital health ecosystem
• Craft thought leadership strategy to highlight BDH leaders/talent within the digital health space across various mediums (e.g. website and beyond)
• Drive external engagement strategy and execution, in partnership with Ventures team, with focus on leadership engagement angle
• Accompany BDH leaders on social media presence, in collaboration with Global Corporate Affairs social media team
• Support the corporate affairs lead on key external communication moments that involve BDH leaders (e.g. BD announcements, key external presentation, media interviews, etc.)
• Ensure Modern, up-to-date website that can attract talent and DH enthusiasts in collaboration with Global Corporate Affairs Website team
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years experience in B2B and B2C Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media Management or Corporate Affairs Communications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to adapt message track according to specific tones of voice
• Adaptability to understand and apply company strategy
• Trusted team player with a can-do attitude
• English (fluent), French (fluent)
• Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a high-paced environment
• Facility to build strong relationships with employees, clients and partners across all divisions
• Deep understanding of the digital economy
• Willingness to accept feedback and constantly look for ways to improve
