POSITION SUMMARY
Le Comptable Polyvalent Senior est chargé de la bonne gestion quotidienne du service financier. Elle/Il est amené à gérer de façon polyvalente les pôles clients, fournisseurs, caisse et contrôles des coûts et recettes.
Elle/Il assiste ses responsables dans le traitement quotidien de leurs missions.
Elle/Il participe aux tâches quotidiennes du département tout en s’assurant de l’amélioration des procédures, dans le respect des standards et de la législation du travail.
Elle/Il a la charge de toutes autres tâches ou responsabilités déléguées par le Directeur Administratif et Financier, son Adjoint ou par le Directeur Général.
Elle/Il est polyvalent et aide à compenser les éventuelles absences au sein du département (quelle que soit la durée ou le motif de l’absence).
Elle/Il apporte son aide à l’Adjoint DAF, au Directeur Administratif et Financier si besoin et suivant leur demande.
Profil recherché
Un diplôme de niveau Bac 2 minimum dans une discipline comptable et financière avec une expérience de 5 ans minimum en comptabilité en Hôtellerie. Connaissance du logiciel PeopleSoft souhaitée. Avoir le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel de la confidentialité des informations.
