Four Seasons Hotel George V
Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.
The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s 5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.
We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Equipier(e) Lingerie (M/F).
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.
A fluent level of French is required.
Position based in Paris.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills. Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Essential Functions
Pick up and delivery of customer laundry
- Meet customer deadlines, pick up customer linens, take them down to the linen room, inspect, sort and mark them before giving them to the operator for processing.
- Adhere to Four Seasons standards according to our customers’ expectations and preferences.
- Organize your day according to the priorities and knowledge of the customers, with the kardex lingerie and the manager.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
- Use the material in an appropriate way by respecting the fragility of the linen.
- Use techniques and methods to detect holes, stains, tears and immediately warn the customer.
- Use gloves when cleaning and remember to disinfect hands regularly with appropriate products.
- Keep an updated report of the rooms of the day and check that it is coherent (name of the customers, arrivals, departures…)
- Adjust priorities according to the client’s request or the dispatch (internal service).
- Respect the “Do not disturb” sign and note the information on the delivery list.
- Keep the Lingerie Manager informed of all customer complaints in order to ensure quality follow-up
- Report any technical problems encountered in the linen room to the manager in order to make the necessary repairs.
- Notify the manager of any room dislocation
- Notify the manager of any object left by the client in the garment in order to respect the Lost and Found procedure.
- Follow the security rules in force.
