Four Seasons Hotel George V
Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.
The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.
We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Concierge (M/F).
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country
A fluent level of French and English are required.
Position based in Paris.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills.Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Essential Functions
- Greet and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, welcoming them to the hotel.
- Open vehicle doors and hotel doors.
- Assists guests in exiting or boarding vehicles.
- Give out baggage/parking receipts and explain the operation to guests. Provide vehicle pick-up rates.
- Load, unload and tag luggage.
- Park, charge and return a vehicle to a customer.
- Inform, escort and direct customers
- Organize the hotel lobby to ensure the smooth flow of traffic on the back alley.
- Ensure that the lobby is kept in perfect order (carpet maintenance, cleaning of ashtrays).
- Assist guests with limousine or cab service.
- Know the hotel’s services but also general information (trade shows, events, restaurant opening hours ….).
- Respond effectively to any emergency or security issue.
- Accept tasks or projects assigned by the management staff with flexibility.
- Know and follow the criteria and procedures listed in the VTS.
- Ensure the safety of the cars and their keys.
- Know the basic functions of the hotel software used.
