Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.
The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.
We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Concierge (M/F).
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country
A fluent level of French and English are required.
Position based in Paris.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills.Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Essential Functions
- Ensures the smooth running of the service by ensuring the satisfaction of all hotel employees.
- Respond to employee requests in a personalized manner
- Ensures the proper set up of the morning and evening entrees and desserts.
- Manage the production of his station and the good progress of the products.
- Receive and store merchandise in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Continuously replenish the stock of dishes (trays, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups…)
- Replenish the refrigerated display cases (raw food buffet, dessert buffet, cheese, fruit, dairy desserts…)
- Continuously replenish pepper and salt shakers and napkin dispensers.
- Replenish beverage dispensers (soda machines, juice boxes, etc.)
- Replenish the coffee and tea machine and various items such as stirrers, sugar, tea bags…
- Maintain the display cases and slides in an impeccably clean condition at all times.
- Clean and stock the various sauce stations on a regular basis.
- Disinfect all Cafeteria surfaces on a continuous basis.
- Ensure the smooth running of monthly Cafeteria events.
- Implement organization and communication that allows for production in the best conditions.
- Observe, follow and monitor health and safety rules and carry proper safety equipment.
