Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.
The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.
We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Assistant Front Office Manager (M/F).
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country
A fluent level of French and English are required.
Position based in Paris.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- To welcome and check-in guests, paying close attention to their special requests in order to provide guests with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- To control the room inventory to ensure excellent allocation in accordance with guest expectations.
- Supervise the work of the Front Desk Clerks to optimise their performance and time management.
- Ensure overall communication with the team by sharing decisions and important information.
- Accompany all arriving guests to their rooms and introduce them to our services.
- To be fully aware of the rooms, categories and rates as well as the different services of the hotel and its schedules.
- In the absence of the Reservation Agents, to take all reservation, modification or cancellation requests in accordance with the procedures.
- Responding to all customer requests concerning the hotel or directing the customer to the appropriate department.
- Report any customer comments or complaints to his/her superiors.
- Record all information provided by the guest at check-in in their profile and reservation.
- Issue a customer invoice and collect payment.
- Master safety and emergency procedures and apply them calmly.
- carry out quality criteria on each of his/her employees in order to ensure that the Standards are well acquired and put into practice with a view to providing a consistent quality of service.
