Most of our customers are professional healthcare associations. Our role is to bring together association members from all around the world (Europe, Asia and United States), whether onsite or online to keep the engagement of all and promote the sharing of knowledge.
Tasks
You will report directly to the Managing Director.
On the one hand, you will be responsible for managing several events simultaneously, with the help of one or two assistants depending on the size of the event, you will be required to intervene in France or abroad
On the other hand, you will be in charge of the administrative management of a Professional Health Association and organizing webinars.
In this cross-functional position you will be in charge of, among other things:
Event design:
- Design the conference that will best meet the client’s needs and expectations.
- Liaise with the client throughout the entire project.
Budget follow-up and Event Marketing:
- Implementing, monitoring and updating a forecast budget.
- Managing the conference marketing with the assistance of the Organizing Committee
Conference Communication and Promotion:
- Define the conference’s graphic charter with the client and our graphic designer.
- Define with the digital marketing manager the promotion strategy to be implemented to best promote the event.
Manage all the required steps for the event:
- Set-up the schedule of actions to be done to implement and deliver the project as well as its complete logistics deployment.
- Get in touch with the different third-party vendors, analyze their offers, make choices, coordinate all steps, get the validation from the client.
- Manage onsite logistics before and during the conference.
Secretariat for healthcare associations
- Scheduling meetings (doodle, mail), answering emails, writing and sending meeting minutes
- Work in close collaboration with the board to manage the association’s obligations (e.g.,
board meeting, general assemblies, collecting dues)
- Connect all the different actors involved: client, vendors, ANT Congrès team Website updates

- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relation skills.
- Able to prioritize, manage the unexpected, handle urgent deadlines, last-minute hurdles, and emergencies. Expert at finding solutions!
- Teamwork, rigor, able to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Analytic and synthetic mindset
- Knowledge and understanding of virtual event platforms, hybrid events, web conferences, livestreams.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in digital and computer tools as well as web-based research.
- Able to add pages/articles on conference websites (WordPress) and posting on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Fluent in English and in French
JOB PROFILE
Bachelor or Master degree (3-year college degree minimum) with at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in an event/conference organization. Methodical, organized, able to pitch new ideas and find solutions. Mandatory: customer-oriented and interpersonal skills to work as part of a team. Finally, events and conferences are in your DNA!
