Job summary
The Coca-Cola Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Local Ticketing Manager will be responsible to lead the local ticketing plan for our different core targets (such as customers, consumers, employees, stakeholders etc.) for France & some European markets. This will require establishing a clear communication & coordination process within the Coca-Cola system in France to understand and manage different business needs. This person will also work in close collaboration with the Global Ticketing manager.
Speaking French and English is a must have in this role, located in Issy-les-Moulineaux – France, no relocation support provided. Fixed term contract until October 2024.
Main responsibilities*
- Develop ticketing strategy including internal ticketing platform for different targets – employees, customers, consumers, stakeholders, etc.
- Develop a detailed local ticketing plan for Paris 2024
- Develop internal strategy communication and develop guidelines for request & use of tickets in collaboration with Ethics & Compliance team
- Manage global ticketing agency by working closely with Global ticketing manager
- Manage and develop effective relationships with OCOG, agencies, hotels and partners
- Manage, closely with Coca-Cola Paris 2024 Local hospitality manager, event local ticket allocation including day ticket packages, seat assignment for local customers and staff incentives
- Manage local ticketing budget in close collaboration with finance manager
- Act as Single Point of Contact for Paris 2024 local ticketing needs.
- Work with Global Sports Partnership & Operation’s Hospitality Team to capture all potential synergies between global and local ticketing programs.

Key skills and experience required
- Previous event management experience
- Previous ticketing experience in the sport industry is a plus
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to perform under high pressure
- Strong personal presentation and communication ability
- Understanding of customer needs
- Pro-active worker, taking initiatives and coming with solutions together when flagging problems, with a flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities and multiple decision makers
- Rigorous and high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, curious, import best practices and challenge the status quo
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, commitment to teamwork and ability to deal with cross-functional teams and projects
