Accreditation Manager- Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Games

Coca-Cola is the proud Worldwide Partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Our role will be to refresh all the athletes, volunteers and spectators during those 4 weeks with our loved brands, done in a sustainable way, to build a better shared future. Paris 2024 will be undoubtedly the most innovative Games with a strong ecological and societal push.

Our main challenge will be to deliver +20M beverages to 15 000 athletes, 45 000 volunteers and +15M visitors; while making the Games a strong driver of the overall Coca-Cola business’ acceleration from all angles (Marketing, Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Human Resources, External and Internal communication, etc.).

Job summary

The Coca-Cola Paris 2024 Olympics & Paralympics Accreditation Manager will be responsible to build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external client groups ensuring full activation of our Olympic Rights. Specifically to ensure Coca-Cola constituents have full and approved access to Olympic Venues through the Olympic Accreditation procedures.

This person will report to the Paris 2024 Olympics & Paralympics PM (Project Manager).

Speaking French and English is a must have in this role, located in Issy-les-Moulineaux – France, no relocation support provided. Fixed term contract until November 2024.

Main responsibilities*

  • Develop effective business relationships with management in the Olympic and Paralympic organizing committees, to understand the Olympic organization’s structure, approval processes, communication channels, operating plans, etc.
  • Develop process to submit accreditations according to Paris 2024 OCOG guidelines, in compliance with RGPD rules.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal Olympic Coca-Cola Teams (e.g. Venue Ops, Marketing, Hospitality, Global Sport Partnership) to gather needs and facilitate the accreditation process.
  • Deliver training for accreditations process to internal Olympic Coca-Cola teams.
  • Submit accreditations requests in OCOG portal according to our needs.
  • Track accreditations delivery with Paris OCOG to ensure accreditations are delivered on due time.
  • Submit Fast track submissions if needed.
  • Ad-hoc project work and other tasks, as required.
  • Provide back up to other team members as required.
  • Write the After Action Review report of key learning’s from accreditation.

* Non-exhaustive – This role will evolve over time, other responsibilities may be assigned to the incumbent who should demonstrate agility and flexibility.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both French and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Rigorous and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, commitment to teamwork and ability to deal with cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Negociation skills, to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Crisis management skills, stay calm under pressure.
  • Pro-active worker, coming with solutions together when flagging problems, with a flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities and multiple decision makers.
  • Willingness to learn, import best practices and challenge status quo.
  • Passionate with Sport and Olympic & Paralympic movement and values
  • Data entry skills, must have a high degree of competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
