JOB SUMMARY

The Guest relations superviseur is based in the reception department and welcome and take care of every guests. His aim is to enhance guest experience.

He maintains high level of relationship with all VIP’s and takes care of their needs.

By applying all Marriott standards, the guest relations superviseur makes sure all services have the hability to deliver high quality.

Or course, the guest relations superviseur uses the Marriott tools (GXP; At your service…) and answer guests’s needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • English Spoken
  • Hability to communicate easily
  • Good knowledge of Marriott Standard
  • Opera tool in reception
