Role Description:
The SIC Coordinator will support the briefings in our Innovation Center from an experience and operational standpoint. This position can expect direct interaction with Salesforce and customer executives, partners, Salesforce sales leadership & sales teams, and broader marketing team. This individual will also work closely with hospitality & facilities teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SIC delivery team and Salesforce sales teams to operationally support multiple briefings at a time (both in person and virtually)
- In Person : Handles catering orders, transportation, dinner reservations, and enhanced meeting experiences
- Virtual : Creates customized meeting landing pages, distributes food vouchers, plans and executes values based activities for customer meetings, is up to date on latest technology for virtual meetings, and manages partnerships with internal IT and Marketing teams
- Align with SIC delivery team to understand meeting goals and unique company/individual profile to prioritize and best customize
- Manage executive level experience for customers and internal discussion leaders from arrival to departure
- Think outside of the box to create elevated and personalized experiences
- Manage budget and track metrics to support program growth
- Foster and manage relationships with internal and external partner teams (IT, Strategic Events, Account Based Marketing, Marketing, 3rd Party Vendors)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism required for executive-level meetings
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
- A growth mindset, seeing opportunity and solutions when presented with challenges in an always-evolving environment
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Gmail and Google Calendar
- Exceptional team player with a passion for learning
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Inventive and creative approach to solving problems
- Salesforce Platform knowledge or familiarity
- Customer service experience or background
- Photoshop or InDesign experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
