About the Position & Team:

The Field Excellence & Enablement Team is an impactful team chartered with driving the business forward. This involves handling and owning global enablement programs at a local level. The team works on the most pressing issues for the business and has hands-on involvement in making the fast-paced business unit a success.

This team shape and deliver extraordinary live and virtual experiences globally from on-demand content to classroom and community based learning dedicated to enabling every seller, around the world to do the greatest work of their lives. We do this for skills, do my job, product and industry from onboarding onwards. Our team is responsible to enhance the impact of global initiatives and curriculum by embedding it in the field, using SMEs, peer to peer learning and strong regional partnerships.

We are looking for an organized, hands-on Enablement Practitioner (EP) to partner with senior Enablement Business Partners and sales leaders to bring localized sessions a specific region. The EP is responsible for the program management, orchestration and facilitation of in-region, in-office, local language enablement sessions.

As a key member, you’ll support our partners with enablement locally to improve the impact of global initiatives and curriculum by embedding it in the field, using SMEs, peer to peer learning and strong regional partnerships.

The successful candidate will need to be present in our Salesforce office for at least 3 days per week in order to support with sessions – the other days there is flexibility to work from home!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Enablement Business Partners to understand needs of the business and serve as an authority on content
  • Orchestrate and facilitate workshops that leverage global frameworks and subject matter authority communities
  • Identify subject matter authorities and handle adaptation of existing global content to address regional complexities (e.g. language, tool intricacies, etc.)
  • Be a power-user in all internally-used products and tools
  • Lead operations of in-region programs:
  • Run registration, learner tracking, learner invites, Slack channels
  • Source delivery subject matter experts/ leader speakers and handle logistics
  • Lead survey analyses and CSAT tracking
  • Data and reporting
  • Source data and provide analysis on trends and insights that support quarterly enablement planning process
  • Build and lead collaborations inside and outside of Global Enablement to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration

Target Skills/Experience:

  • Strong interest in facilitating and leading in-person enablement sessions and/or 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Ability to use multiple communication channels in an impactful manner to convey key messages to collaborators
  • Become catalog authority with ability to identify and propose solutions to regional teams and achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to quickly build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional colleagues
  • Self-motivated, accountable, meticulous and resourceful
  • Apply internal tools to track, report and analyze performance of programs
  • Change oriented. Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects/programs and supporting tools simultaneously
  • Bias for action with a strong sense of team and inclusivity
