Four Seasons Hotel George V
Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.
The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.
We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Peintre (M/F).
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country
A fluent level of French and skills in English are required.
Position based in Paris.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills.Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains the building on all floors to reveal the luxury of the hotel.
- Ensures that the mechanical rooms are clean, well maintained and neat.
- Organizes his/her day into painting interventions, as efficiently as possible to minimize customer complaints and communicate with the housekeepers in charge of the floor.
- Ensures the proper follow-up of his/her mission.
- Makes the best possible connections on exterior and interior surfaces.
- Repairs plaster and supports (plasterboard, plaster etc…).
- Installs and repairs wall coverings, paper and vinyl.
- Maintains brushes and rollers.
- Completes all assigned tasks safely.
- Takes all necessary precautions when handling tools, chemicals, ladders and ther potentially hazardous equipment.
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensures premises are clean, neat and organized.
- Behaves in a professional manner at all times, in accordance with Four Seasons prestigious standards.
- Manages and reports any incident, no matter how minor.
- Maintains good relations with other employees.
- Responds to any safety emergencies within the hotel.
- Performs any other tasks or projects assigned by management and staff.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Organizes work effectively with due regard to operations.
