Responsibilities
Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a talented Retail Manager reporting to the General Manager. Our Retail Managers are dedicated to providing an amazing retail service experience to our guests. You will possess an ownership mentality and operate the Rock Shop as if you own it. It is your responsibility to protect the Hard Rock culture, deliver the brand standards, meet business objectives, and ensure the guests have an authentic experience that rocks.

Qualifications
Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?
- Relevant management experience as a Retail Manager with a known retail industry leader.
- Extensive experience managing a large, diverse staff with an emphasis on training, coaching, and cultivating a teamwork atmosphere
- Cost management experience- manage and control
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented
- Must have a valid work permit to work in this location.
