About the Role:
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing team. As part of our Client Success department, you will work closely with our Sales team to generate business growth and ensure our clients succeed. You will collaborate effectively with both internal and external cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and ensure client retention.
How you will make an impact:
- As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with Sales counterparts to help them identify growth opportunities during the term of the agreement. More precisely you will:
- Consult with clients to jointly establish goals and the metrics used to evaluate progress towards those goals, and to align expectations for maximum client success
- Identify potential growth areas by keeping clients informed of new products, services and product improvements that can provide additional value
- Partner closely with the sales team throughout the client lifecycle to achieve renewal targets and identify growth opportunities
- Provide consultation regarding CrossKnowledge Learning Solutions
What we look for:
- BA/BS/Master’s degree and 5 years’ experience minimum in account management or other comparable client service roles
- Previous program/project management experience, particularly in regard to customer journeys
- Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal skills are required
- Interested in digital and e-learning topics (a previous experience is an advantage)
- Great analytical skills (reporting, excel, data analysis)
- Very well-organized and structured to manage priorities
- Capable to build trust, rapport, and strong client relationships
