Rolling Meadows, Illinois, We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join the team! The Marketing Project Coordinator will assist in the organization and maintenance of marketing schedules, and assist with the execution of various marketing plans. The role will also manage some administrative duties to ensure the Marketing department and its projects run smoothly.  A qualified candidate may also support projects that are comprised the Association (AANS), the Foundation (NREF) and the data registry arms (NPA).
This is a hybrid opportunity; 3 days remote and 2 days on-site in  Rolling Meadows, IL.
Essential Job Duties

Maintain and manage project deadlines associated with various marketing plans and communication strategies.
Assist in the development and execution of promotional strategies and marketing for the association’s educational courses, annual meetings, online resources, advertising opportunities and membership benefits, in alignment with internal staff and vendors.
Manage product inventory and fulfillment of merchandise sales.
Maintain and update SOPs related to the execution of marketing and communications plans.
Edit and resize graphics for advertisements, exhibit signs, flyers, banner ads, and other marketing materials.
Assist with the coordination of exhibits, development of signage, packing and shipping exhibit materials, and staffing for educational events.
Organize and update the marketing resources library, including electronic files, photographs, artwork, etc.
Support the digital marketing team and communications teams as needed.
Track and coordinate print ad insertions and digital advertising with the association’s journal and websites, directly and through the association’s advertising agency.
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
1 year of experience in marketing, communications or related account service field/ College internship experience acceptable
Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously, on both individual and collaborative projects and coordinate with graphic designers to produce print and web collateral.
Well versed with project management software, processes, constraints and practices.
Possess strong writing skills and the ability to create promotional copy.
Possess strong computer and internet skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
Adobe InDesign experience.
Graphic Design experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to speak, read, and write English in a professional manner.
