Atlanta, Georgia, We are looking for a dynamic candidate to be a part of our growing company in a professional office setting.  This position will be in an office working collaboratively in-person as a team, not as a remote position.  Light travel to visit our different markets and branch locations will be required.  
Position Summary:
The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for executing company strategies through effective digital and traditional marketing/communication initiatives.
Essential Functions:*

Builds and maintains a unified brand through targeted content marketing.
Leads the day-to-day management and delivery of all marketing campaigns and projects.
Partners with branches and lines of business managers for advertising, promotions, and community sponsorship requests.
Partners with executive management to develop a marketing and communications strategic plan to unify and differentiate CSB.
Makes recommendations based on market research, trends and customer data.
Coordinates with vendors to oversee the production, quality control and distribution of all branded materials.
Orders and maintains inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
Effectively manages marketing budget.
Exercises discretion and independent judgment within defined policies, procedures and guidelines.
Contributes to the bank team effort by working on special projects and reports, performing other job-related duties, at the discretion of the Supervisor.

Preferred Education/Experience/Software:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related field and 3-5 years of experience within the business or financial services industry is preferred. Knowledgeable in a wide range of Microsoft Office and marketing software applications.
Training:
Responsible for the timely completion of all required compliance training such has BSA, Information Security, and other job specific training as assigned.
  Additional Requirements:
Occasional on and off-site presentations, meetings and trade shows. Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed. Occasional travel may be required.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Professional office environment. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to operate standard office equipment. The team member is frequently required to communicate and perceive. The position is primarily stationary and not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and requires sedentary work such as exerting up to 10 pounds of force 5% of the time and a negligible amount of force approximately 95% of the time. As a full time position, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and ancillary benefit options, as well as a matching 401k.  Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued per month.  This position is bonus eligible.
