DMV/Remote, CORE AFFINITY MARKETING MANAGER OVERVIEW: Build demand within association prospects, members, competitors’ customers, and our existing customers for our products, solutions, and services. Provide the entire organization with market intelligence and insights into emerging opportunities, and initiate marketing campaigns (e-marketing and outbound calls) that capitalize on these opportunities. The Marketing Manager will represent Core Affinity in a way that is fundamentally aligned with the company’s core values, and that promotes a team culture of transparency and accountability.
KEY WEEKLY METRICS: — Drive 2+ Inbound Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) — Bi-weekly Blog Post on the Core Affinity Website — Drive 250+ new inbound association member leads/week for programs within Perks Marketplace ACCOUNTABLE FOR: — Building awareness around Core Affinity’s brand and subsidiaries by: — Measured by sales pipeline growth, increased brand mentions/searches — Increased direct website traffic, increased website engagement (qualified traffic) — Increased LinkedIn following/engagement — Updating marketing content to describe the company’s value proposition better — Via sales decks, social posts, newsletters, marketing emails, customer emails, one-pagers, all website pages, etc. — Targeting and retargeting strategies to grow Core Affinity’s sales pipeline using its Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud — Creating & managing supplier-focused e-marketing campaigns for association clients — Coordinating distribution of marketing materials to all active association clients — Ensure association clients have regularly scheduled campaigns to promote programs — Management of Core Affinity marketing calendar — Organizing, updating, prioritizing, staying on top of deadlines, and coordinating with project stakeholders DAY TO DAY: Meet with sales management and account manager(s) to discuss marketing opportunities, ensure accurate and timely implementation of all Core Affinity/association campaigns, track and monitor ROI on active campaigns, develop and distribute rich content that will drive value for Core Affinity clients and members, work with sales to support organizational growth. EXPECTED OUTCOMES / SCORECARD KPI: — Review all Core Affinity website content and overhaul the tone in messaging by June 1st — Write & publish 2 blogs posts per month (750-1,000 words) aligned with Core Affinity’s SEO keyword strategy — Boost organic ranking and relevant new user traffic to the website — Grow Core Affinity’s LinkedIn following from 185 to 500 relevant/industry followers obtained organically by year-end — Post content marketing 4x/week — Develop and execute lead generation strategy (pre-show, mid-show, and post-show) for three tradeshows — Handle event coordination and management, vendor and budget management — Write newsletter content and distribute monthly Core Affinity email newsletter via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot/Html/Engagement Studio) — Grow newsletter distribution audience to 350, leveraging A/B testing to measure the engagement and cross-channel promotion — Increase newsletter opt-ins/subscribes REQUIRED EXPERIENCE — Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Hootsuite, Google Workspace — 5+ years of marketing experience — Demand gen marketing (please provide examples and results) — Experience coordinating events/tradeshows and maximizing/adhering to an event budget — Experience managing and growing business LinkedIn accounts (please provide examples/results) — Strong writing skills for numerous marketing channels: —Storytelling brand copy, blogs, website conversion funnel copy — Marketing emails, client newsletters, organic social posts — Sales collateral, ad copy, presentations/sales decks, etc.
